Warranty & Return Policy

Hardware Warranty Terms

ARBAME warrants that all cabinet hardware, handles, knobs, and architectural fittings supplied by ARBAME Corp. are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal interior residential and commercial installation for the warranty period specified for each product line.

Warranty Exclusions

• Improper installation, negligence, misuse, abuse, or use contrary to installation instructions
• Damage resulting from caustic chemicals, abrasive cleaners, harsh detergents, or corrosive environments
• Outdoor exposure unless the product is specifically identified by ARBAME as suitable for exterior use
• Alteration, modification, tampering, or unauthorized mechanical repair
• Normal wear and tear and natural changes in tone, texture, patina, or finish over time

Warranty Remedy

If ARBAME determines that a product has a defect covered by this warranty, ARBAME may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product
• Replace the defective product with the same item or reasonably comparable model
• Refund or credit the original purchase price of the defective product

The warranty does not cover labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, contractor charges, or incidental/consequential costs associated with product replacement.

Merchandise Return Policy

All sales made by ARBAME Corp. are considered final. Returns, exchanges, or credits are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by ARBAME Corp., at its sole and absolute discretion.

No merchandise may be returned without prior written Return Authorization (RA). Only goods in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition may be considered within 30 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval. A 15% restocking fee applies (minimum $20 CAD). All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Special & Custom Orders

All special orders, custom finishes, and made-to-order architectural items are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Color & Finish Consistency

All finishes are selected based on physical samples presented in our showroom or provided to the client. While ARBAME maintains strict quality control standards, slight variations in tone, finish, or texture may occur between production batches. Such variations are inherent to artisanal metal finishing, fall within acceptable industry tolerances, and do not constitute defects.

Claims for Damages & Missing Merchandise

ARBAME is not responsible for damage incurred during transportation; all transit damage claims must be documented directly with the freight carrier upon delivery receipt. Any claims for missing items must be submitted in writing within three (3) calendar days of receipt.
